Here's a relatively surprising list, but it does tell you that Phils, Rockies, Rangers, & A's stacks make you pay a premium (not that they won't do well, but you have to pay MORE on FD, capeesh?). Especially the Phils...I'm looking elsewhere. I guess the lesson here is that it's not who you take, but also who you DON'T TAKE.
