Fan Duel MLB Player Values 3/30/19

Today's main slate features 12 West Coast Teams. The numbers reveal some relative simplicity: (1) Kenta Maeda as a singleton SP, he's cheap...plus The Dread Pirate Roberts is more apt to leave him in after yesterday's 13-inning marathon; (2) a relatively stable outfield of Bradley, Thames, & Schwarber/Almora; & (3) two choices at each of the other positions (as highlighted in green). The other players listed are "suit your fancy." Potential Stacks: (1) Cubs; (2) Rangers; & (3) Giants (Sleeper Stack). In summary, sometimes the numbers are fairly simple. Note how the green players are the only ones that have a value over 4.0. Hence, 2B is the only real crapshoot position: Kinsler & Zobrist, score highest, but anyone will do in this relatively sparse position...Maybe fill this position in last. Good luck/skill!

3/29/19 MLB Fan Duel Valu Plays

Opening day was fairly decent w/ Ryu as a singleton and much Baez. It was pretty much a crapshoot tho, given a 28-team main slate...kinda like Keno. Today's main slate a more palatable 16 teams...My read from the below numbers is that the stack of the day is overwhelmingly the Padres: Hosmer, Myers, Kinsler. Tatis: That's a good stack, you can mix in Margot or Hedges or Reyes (my fav) to suit your tastes. As for pitching: It's either Stripling or Ray, choose your poison...they pitch against each other: There should be a lot of whiffs in that game. I would prefer Ray for the Ks. Else Freddy Peralta & Trevor Richards are cheaper (& surprising) options, the latter shying me away from most Rockies. Lucchesi is a situational pick. In his 2 starts against the current Giants, he has a 17 K/BB Ratio. Many SF starters have not seen him before. C/1B and 3B are slim pickings 2day, as noted by their relatively lower FD Valu: You may want to go with a cheapie or fill in your own favorite. I like the green guys best. * below indicates that a player is hot, but we're only talking 1 game. Good Luck/Skill...may 2day be sunny: No rain delays today.

Fan Duel Opening Day Position Values

Here's some Fan Duel Value plays for days according to their "FD Valu." The higher the number, the better the Valu. Today it looks like you want to go relatively cheap in the outfield & focus on some relatively under the radar stacks...Cubs, Rox, A's, & ChiSox (assuming no rainout). My standout pitcher is Ryu, but you may want to go with Kluber for a more sure thing or Luis Castillo as a sleeper. Else, be aware that there is a 43% chance of rain in ChiSox-Royals game. Carlos Correa is out. Pick the ones u like!
